Mezzaluna Restaurant

You may already be aware of our reputation in the restaurant industry as being founding and existing owners of Beppi's Restaurant, a restaurant which was established in 1956.

The name Mezzaluna literally means half moon in Italian but is also the name given to the curved double handled mincing knife used by chefs which appear on our logo.

A bar was provided on the upper level for our dining customers.

The opening of Mezzaluna in 1992 by Norma with Marc and Beppi has enabled us to provide quite a different dining experience to that gained at Beppi's. The food is best described as modern Italian. We aim to provide an exciting, innovative and refreshing approach to Italian cooking. Traditional recipes are sourced and modified to reflect more modern trends while at the same time respecting the traditions of a dish.

The views from the restaurant are spectacular and provide the diner with perhaps the best views of the Sydney City skyline of any restaurant outside the centre of the city.

The restaurant has an outdoor terrace which enables our patrons to dine "al fresco" under a specificially constructed marquee which has gas heaters for those chilly nights and built- in retractable blinds made from shade cloth to provide shade and wind protection. This has proved to be particularly popular for lunch and takes full advantage of the Sydney's warm climate and the sweeping views of the city skyline.

Lunch Monday to Friday (12 noon to 3pm)

Dinner Monday to Sunday (6pm to 11pm)
