The Settlers House

Settlers House combines colonial charm with modern facilities for conferences and seminars and has been serving the business community of Western Australia since 1981.

Over the years, hundreds of companies, large and small, have used our services for Board Meetings, Planning Sessions, In-House Training, Team Building, Social weekends and much more.

Our beautifully appointed Mayoral Room provides seating for up to 30 delegates in Boardroom style or 50 delegates in Theatre style.
