Candy Spender – Jewellery

Candy Spender is a jewellery designer and fashion illustrator extraordinaire. Over the years Candy Spender jewellery has gained a reputation for producing original, directional, and beautiful fashion, bridal and couture jewellery, Nationally and Internationally.

However, Candy was trained as a graphic designer/fashion illustrator. She does all her own graphic design, including the design, some of the photography and sketches in her website.

Earlier this year Candy was asked to do her fast ‘fashion portraits’ at ‘The Red Square’ for L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival. Within minutes of setting up, there was a long queue of fashionable young things wanting these beautiful sketches done of themselves. She was able to do each drawing in about five minutes, and very often achieved an uncanny likeness to the subject.

Since that event Candy has been invited to several large Bar Mitzvah’s and birthday parties. This is especially popular for young people.

Each sketch is created on A3 cartridge paper, which is then rolled up and tied with a ribbon. They are dated and signed.
