We are delighted that you have considered the Bluewater Room at the MAAC for your special day.

With it's beautiful ocean views we are sure you will find it the perfect location, suitable for any time of the day.

Menus

Special arrangements can be made for vegetarians and children. Please notify us when choosing your menu.

Children over the age of 12 years will be charged as Adults.

If you intend catering for your photographer and/or band DJ, please include them in the final number.

Beverages

Can be supplied on a consumption basis or set price. A wide variety of beverages are available for your selection. Liquor License Trading Hours: Saturday - 12.00pm, Sunday - 10.00pm..
An extension fee for 1 hour on a Sunday will be $100.00.

Venue Hire

Venue hire is inclusive of all set up costs, printed menus, table plan, white linen tablecloths, white or cream linen serviettes and plain skirting on the bridal table and cake table if required. We will be happy to put out place cards and any bonbonniere for you. Guests or their florists are welcome to add a personal touch to the room, balcony area or tables. A small bud vase of fresh flowers is available for functions other than weddings, if required. Candelabra’s, chair covers, fairy lights and coloured serviettes are all available for hire at an additional cost.
